Mirvac launches new coworking space.

Mirvac has completed an important step in its transformation of Allendale Square in Perth.

In a great example of adaptive reuse, the former business bank has been converted into a boutique coworking space over three levels. It has been conceived and designed to activate the ground-floor plane, provide business-centric amenity to the tower customers and to elevate the profile of the asset.

It forms part of a larger redevelopment to make the ground floor level, including the lobby and outdoor areas, offer a valued extension to the precinct’s customers’ premises.

Bioom conceptualised the offering and worked closely with IA Design, Bateup Consulting and the local Mirvac team to deliver a functional, beautiful and financially viable facility that will be operationalised and managed by Spacecubed.
